One day, an old friend approached me with an intention to help the youth community in a problem that she's facing too— irregular sleeping schedule. With her research, most of the youth think sleep is for the weak. That motivated her to start the first step with sleeping journal.

The design is illustration-led to start this life-long habit more fun and less ‘scary’ way. Also, having the face of successful people in cover helps break the myth of sacrificing your sleep for success.

The sleep journal comes with a pocket book to understand your own body clock. The illustration style is kept, not only for consistency but also for better reception of information!
